My Ameriphone Dialogue XL-50 is dead
My hearing aids are in bad shape, the last one I got from the Lions Club was brand new and it died in 6 months.

The plug in amplifiers dont work well enough

Many newer phones have a 3.5 mm jack on the side for connecting a headset to. A headset may allow better hearing. I believe Panasonec sells a corded headset for under $ 20.
